Join us on Wednesday, September 20th for a four course dining experience featuring bison from Sych Homestead.
This family owned operation has been farming in the Hay Lakes region for over 120 years - starting with cattle, then elk, and now focusing on grass-fed, hormone & antibiotic free bison. Operators Dan, Sharril, and Taylor Sych will be on site to answer questions on their their regenerative farming practices, as our Head Chef Tamara Solon curates an unforgettable experience centred on their pastured bison.
Tickets are $85 per person + GST & Gratuity. Each seating is 2 hours long, with openings available at 5:00, 5:30, 7:15, and 7:45. We hope to see you there!
