We are SO excited to be back in Edmonton for a bakery pop-up at Meuwly's with our friends at Beb's Bagels!

We’re bringing our signature sourdough, cinnamon buns, donuts + croissants - Beb's will have their freshly baked, chewy, hand rolled bagels - and Meuwly's will have their fully stocked pantry & coolers full of cured meats, cheeses, and locally crafted provisions.

For our August Sunday Spirit Club, we're excited to feature a lineup of international whiskeys - presented by Chelsey Belec from Craftwork Spirits in Calgary.

When you think of whiskey origins, you likely think of US / Canada / Ireland - but Chelsey will be venturing outside of these "go-tos", handpicking a whisky from Germany, The Netherlands, and New Zealand.

You will be greeted with a reception cocktail created by our Bar Dad, Mike, followed by a tasting of each whisky paired to a small bite created by Chef Travis Golbeck, highlighting each ones unique flavour profile and character.

Tickets are $60 each, we hope to see you there!

For our July Sunday Spirit Club, we're excited to feature a delicious lineup of cold Japanese Sake.

You will be greeted with a reception cocktail created by our Bar Dad, Mike, followed by a tasting of three different cold sake paired to a small bite created by Chef Travis Golbeck, highlighting each ones unique flavour profile and character.

Take a paddle through the Alberta producers we support without ever leaving your table.

We're excited to welcome back the Canoe Trip - a once-a-month six course tasting menu designed for those who like to try "a little bit of everything" when they go out for a special meal.

The cost is $90/person + GST and gratuity, with drink pairings available for an additional $40 (non-alcoholic drink pairings are also available).

All you have to do is sit back, relax, & enjoy your evening as we guide you through "the best of Chartier".

The canoe trip is offered on the first Tuesday of every month only (no a la carte menu available, all guests must participate in the canoe trip experience).
