We invite them in for the evening to storytell, educate, and connect with diners - offering a unique opportunity to meet the beauties behind the bounty.

On Friday, January 10th we’re excited to welcome Nicola and Alan Irving - proud owners of Irvings Farm Fresh in Roundhill, AB.

Their Berkshire pork is unparalleled, and Chef Tamara will be using it in all five courses offered throughout the evening.

The cost is $75/person + GST and gratuity, with drink pairings available for an additional $40 (non-alcoholic drink pairings are also available).
