Our cozy crew is looking to add a wonderful human to our organization. We don’t hire often (our average employee retention is 1 year, with some members being with us for 8 years +), so this is a rare opportunity to see the inner workings of the Chartier family.

Shifts:

  • 3-4 days per week

  • Weekend availability is a must (could be brunch or dinner service)

The right candidate has:

  • A desire to work in a close knit team of passionate industry professional

  • The ability to prioritize like a triage nurse on a full moon

  • A mindset focused on continuous growth and improvements

  • Been described by friends and family as optimistic, kind, and motivated

  • A severe disdain for raisins


This part time position is simply a starting point, and we’re hoping to transition the right candidate to a full time position down the road.


Part Time Line Cook

  • Is eager to learn from a team of experienced chefs

  • Experience in team sports or team organizations

  • A mindset focused on continuous growth and improvements
