We'll be doing three full seatings, with one starting at 5:00-5:45pm (with a two hour seating time), 7:00-7:45pm (with a two hour seating time), and 9:00-9:45pm (with no time restriction).
Instead of a traditional multi-course dinner, we're doing family style grazing - with lavish rounds of hot and cold dishes inspired by the finest food trends of the 1990s (menu included below for drooling).
The cost per person is $90 + GST & Gratuity, with optional wine pairings are available for an additional $40.
