We're finally able to properly celebrate mama bear again this year, and would love to formally invite you and your family for a rustic high tea brunch running May 7-8th, 2022.
Instead of our normal a la carte menu, we will be offering a Chartier take on a high tea service - treating you and your guests to a variety of intricate hot and cold, sweet and savory bites. There will also be a tea bar, offering both hot and cold brewed teas which are included in the price of $55/person + GST & Gratuity. Additional beverages (ahem…..mimosas) can be purchased, as our cocktailing team will be poised and ready to spoil your favorite matriarch.
Each high tea meal includes one of the following small bites:
Four Whistle Farm confit duck and potato croquette with black pepper jam
Effing Seafood candied sockeye salmon, cream cheese, pickled red onion toast topped with Northern Divine organic sturgeon caviar
Whipped Good Morning Honey butter with fresh honeycomb and blueberry mango vanilla jam
Irvings Farm smoked bacon, scallion and gruyere mini quiche phyllo cups
Old School Cheesery bruléed brie and caramelized onion sourdough toast with herb, arugula, and walnut pesto
Redtail Farm grass fed & finished beef and woodland mushroom tartlet
Crustless Gull Valley Farm cucumber sandwich with pickled carrot and lemon thyme ricotta
Beet pickled deviled eggs with Fifth Gen Gardens black garlic
Calvados foie gras mousse profiteroles
Pickled fruit and vegetables
Caramelized onion, thyme, and aged white cheddar scone
Haskap, saskatoon berry, and lemon scone
Lemon rose shortbread
Strawberry fudge brownie
*Note: we will not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions for this particular service (aside from excluding nuts) - but can absolutely accommodate for the a la carte dinner service*
Children are able to order off our kids menu - however only the high tea offering will be available for dine in brunch on both Saturday, May 7th and Sunday, May 8th as well as takeout by pre-ordering here.
