It’s hard to believe that we’re already talking about Valentine’s Day - but there’s legit only a month to go before we celebrate love with our loved ones!

Chef Tamara Solon has curated an incredible game dinner with beautiful products from our partners at Wapiti River, Wild Game Consultants, Redtail Farms, Effing Seafoods, Fifth Gen Gardens, Somerset Farms, and Little Bear Gelato. Her inspiration for this menu? Wild, unbridled love - which naturally is best celebrated with some classic dishes elevated using beautiful “game” themed proteins (like venison, yak, beef heart, pheasant, and more).

Reservations are now available for Friday, February 11th and Saturday, February 12th, with only this set menu being offered for dinner service (no a la carte for these two evenings).

The cost is $85/person + GST & Gratuity, and includes four delicious courses and a glass of sparkling wine.

Not in the mood to go out and about? No worries. We’ve also set this menu up for takeout, removing the amuse bouche and sparkling wine and offering for a reduced price of $75/person.
