This year, we're featuring a honey themed menu ft. Parkland County’s very own Good Morning Honey on February 13th & 14th, 2025.
Chef Tamara Solon is curating a five course dinner that incorporates creamed honey, flavoured honey, honeycomb and bee pollen into both sweet and savoury presentations.
The price is $95 per guest, with optional drink pairings available for an additional $40 per person.
Can’t celebrate in the evening? We also have a honey lunch set menu available on Friday, Februrary 14th for $60/person.
