Chef Tamara Solon is curating a beautiful summer menu, highlighting the best in Alberta agriculture (thanks to farming partners such as Redtail Farms, Vertical Roots, Irvings Farm, Fifth Gen Gardens, & more).
Her five courses will be paired with six beautiful wines from BC's Frind Estate Winery, one of the most technically advanced wineries in the world.
The cost is $125/person + GST & Gratuity which includes wine pairings and coursing (additional drinks can also be purchased). Most dietary restrictions can be accomodated - please identify upon registration so we can plan accordingly.
