We are SO excited to participate in Eat North’s Shake, Stir & Rainbow! 2022 campaign!
Shake, Stir, & Strainbow! is an annual Pride-themed queer charity awareness and fundraiser campaign that was launched in 2018 by Eat North in partnership with Remy Cointreau.
It sees many of the top restaurants and bars across Alberta creating unique Pride-inspired cocktails where partial proceeds are then donated to Skipping Stone Foundation.
From Calgary's Bridgette Bar, Major Tom, JIN BAR and Alloy to Edmonton's Biera, RGE Rd, and yours truly; there is no shortage of places to visit to sip on a well-crafted cocktail for a great cause for three weeks every August.
Chartier’s Submission: The Knights Sailor
1 oz Cointreau infused with charred oranges (Charred orange cointreau)
1 oz Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Maple Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Fentiman’s Tonic
