Join us Saturday, May 11th and Sunday, May 12th to celebrate Mom!

For Mother's Day this year, we wll be featuring a brunch charcuterie for $65 per person, with optional mimosa flight for an additional $45. Littles age 12 + under will have the option to order from our feature kids offerings ($25 per person). Take a peek at our menu from last year to get a feel for what this experience will look like (exact menu for 2024 coming soon).

Seatings are 1.75 hours each available at 9:30am/11:30am/1:30pm

Join us on Sunday, March 31st from 10am-2pm for a family friendly Easter celebration at our bakery location in the heart of Nisku.

On site activities + vendors include:

  • Freshly baked pastries + Easter egg shaped sugar cookie decorating + Mini Challah bread decorating with Mother Bakery by Chartier

  • Specialty coffees, teas + hot chocolate from the Alternate Route Coffee Bar

  • Pop-Up lunch service by Chartier

  • Pick-your-own fresh tulip bouquet from Bar OA Farms (over 200 tulips to chose from)

  • Easter chocolates from Chocolate Escapade

  • Easter backdrops for family photos (with on-site mini sessions available for pre-booking or walk up by Natasha Dixon Photography)

We’ll be giving away a Chartier + Alternate Route + Bar OA door prize valued at $300, all you need to do is pop by to enter (no entrance fee!)

For the last 3 Fridays in March, Jason and Ailynn from Yelo’d Ice Cream and Bake Shop will be joining us for lunch service in Nisku - so you can experience a very sweet ending to your work week.

We’ll be experimenting with sourdough croissant ice cream cones, sourdough croissant ice cream sandwiches, affogatos and more. Hope we see you there!

Gift the seafood lover in your life an unforgettable experience with seafood dinner featuring an expansive lineup of fresh lobster, oysters, and more from our favourite fish monger, Rob from Effing Seafoods on Thursday, February 29, 2024.

Each ticket includes a fresh oyster bar, three savoury seafood courses, dessert, with optional drink pairings available (non alcoholic OR alcoholic).

The cost per person is $110 + GST, with drink pairings available for an additional $40/person.

The Sunday Spirit Club for March will be held on St. Patrick's Day - so an all Irish Whiskey lineup is a must!!!!!

We are SO excited to welcome back Sean "The Dark Cloud" Kincaid, who will be presenting his own hand picked selections from:

You will be greeted with a reception cocktail followed by a tasting of each spirit paired to an Irish-Fare small bite created by Chef Tamara Solon, highlighting each ones unique flavour profile and character.

Tickets are $60 each, and you'll have the option of picking from a 4:00pm seating OR 6:30pm seating.

It's butter, it's flakey, and it has it's own national holiday - join us in celebration of the CROISSANT on Tuesday, January 30th!

Our sourdough croissants are made with 84% fat Canadian butter, and are crispy clouds of heaven.

We'll have a variety of flavours and shapes available for sale at both our Beaumont AND Nisku location, and we'll be running a croissant sandwich special in Beaumont all. day. long.

This is one event you don't want to flake out on (well, maybe flake into?) - hope we see you on January 30th!
