We're switching things up a wee bit this month, combining your favourite Sunday Spirit Club with St Patrick's Day - celebrating the heritage and culture of the Irish via great food and even better whiskey ;)
Join us on Sunday, March 19th from 4pm-6pm! We're excited to taste and four incredible Irish Whiskeys handpicked by writer/podcaster Sean Kincaid from Dark Cloud Whisky. We’ll be tasting:
Two stacks - Smoke & Mirrors Maple Syrup Cask (this is a Canada exclusive whiskey not seen anywhere outside canada)
Killowen - Rum & Raisin
Two stacks - 12 year, Irish single grain whiskey, finished in French moscato wine casks (an Alberta exclusive, not seen anywhere else in the world)
You will be greeted with a reception cocktail followed by a tasting of each whiskey paired to a small bite of Irish fare created by Chef Tamara Solon, highlighting each spirit's unique flavour profile and character.
