Join us with Chartier Restaurant on Sunday, August 14th as we celebrate Alberta Open Farm days for the 4th year in a row at the Old Red Barn - located just minutes outside of Leduc, Alberta.

What better place to feature Alberta dairy than on an Alberta dairy farm! We'll be presenting a four course menu centered on beautiful dairy and cheese products from local producers on the stunning grounds of Glen Park Holstein dairy farm. This 5 course meal will also feature an interactive savoury cheese smores station.

Close to two years ago, we were contact by Walters Craft Caesar - they had just signed a publishing deal with Penguin Random House and requested we contribute a caesar cocktail recipe to include in their inaugural book.

To celebrate the launch of Caesar Country; Cocktails, Clams & Canada and as a prelude to Canada Day festivities - we’ll be featuring caesar creations from the book on Thursday, June 30th. We’ve picked one recipe from each region ( west / prairies / central / maritimes), and will be shaking, mixing, muddling, and stirring all day long.

We’ll also be giving away copies of the book to three lucky winners, along with three $50 gift cards from Chartier.
