Gift the seafood lover in your life an unforgettable experience with seafood dinner featuring an expansive lineup of fresh lobster, oysters, and more from our favourite fish monger, Rob from Effing Seafoods on Thursday, February 29, 2024.

Each ticket includes a fresh oyster bar, three savoury seafood courses, dessert, with optional drink pairings available (non alcoholic OR alcoholic).

The cost per person is $110 + GST, with drink pairings available for an additional $40/person.

NOTE: If the experience is being booked as a gift, a downloadable image can be provided for you to print or attach to the lucky recipient. Please email sylvia@dinechartier.com after booking if this is required.

The Sunday Spirit Club for March will be held on St. Patrick's Day - so an all Irish Whiskey lineup is a must!!!!!

We are SO excited to welcome back Sean "The Dark Cloud" Kincaid, who will be presenting his own hand picked selections from:

You will be greeted with a reception cocktail followed by a tasting of each spirit paired to an Irish-Fare small bite created by Chef Tamara Solon, highlighting each ones unique flavour profile and character.

Tickets are $60 each, and you'll have the option of picking from a 4:00pm seating OR 6:30pm seating.

It's butter, it's flakey, and it has it's own national holiday - join us in celebration of the CROISSANT on Tuesday, January 30th!

Our sourdough croissants are made with 84% fat Canadian butter, and are crispy clouds of heaven.

We'll have a variety of flavours and shapes available for sale at both our Beaumont AND Nisku location, and we'll be running a croissant sandwich special in Beaumont all. day. long.

This is one event you don't want to flake out on (well, maybe flake into?) - hope we see you on January 30th!

One of our (many) favourite Beaumont events is just around the corner - the annual Beaumont Society School of Dance Daddy Daughter Dance on Saturday, February 17th, 2024.


The official date that stands the test of time is dinner & dancing, which is why we’d like to formally invite our local dads to treat their little lady to an evening at Chartier before the big dance.

Reservations joining us before the dance can book our "Daddy Daughter Date" experience to receive a burger feature with a beer of choice for dad, a kids meal and a fancy drink for the miss, and a dessert to share with a rose waiting at the table for $55 + GST & Gratuity (extra littles are $15 each).
