Producer Dinner ft. Fifth Gen Gardens

Join us on Thursday, September 28th for another incredible producer dinner featuring garlic from Fifth Gen Gardens from Wetaskiwin, AB.

Chartier Head Chef Tamara Solon is curating a four course menu with various varieties and treatments of everyone's favourite flavour: GARLIC. Operator Kristin Graves will be on site to answer questions on her family's farming journey over the past 100 years.

The cost per person is $85 + GST & Gratuity, with optional drink pairing available for $40. Each seatings is 2 hours, and reservations are available at 5:00, 5:30, 7:15, and 7:45.

ABOUT THE  F A R M

The Graves family has called this land home for over a century now. Spanning over five generations, the farm has seen many types of agriculture, such as grain, cattle, gardens, bees, fish (trout), and more! Most recently, their efforts have been focused on conservation efforts to maintain wetlands. By working with nature, they have taken old excavation sites and transformed them into well established ponds that many animals now call home. We are more than just stewards of the land, we are a part of it.
